Alarm situations on profilux 3 outdoor

2 QUESTIONS:
A. Is there a way to quickly mute the audible alarm without going into sensor settings and disabling the alarm?

B. When an out of range sensor alarm sounds on the unit a message comes up "No connection over PAB" and then the sensor readings appear to reset or reboot, i.e. pH reading will suddenly jump to 8.50 and then slowly move back to actual reading of 7.00 and conductivity and temp readings will do similar. The unit has only a 3 doser external unit plugged into S1-4 but no PAB devices plugged in. What is causing this to occur?

Then why does this message appear after alarm and why does the reset occur? Some sort of glitch?
