APP Setup help (running on tablet)

Ok guys and girls i have finally got the app on the tablet as i run a ipad had to steal the daughters android tablet while she was out LOL

but want i wanted to know is the new connection settings

NAME:
Can you just name it what you like?

HOST:

? what do i put here?

PORT:
well its already set to 80 so i just leave that

PASSWORD:

what password do i put here is the same one as i use to log in to the webserver?
webserver i have running fine can access from my wifi (network) or cellular data when i am out no problem at all this is with the one that coes up with the login screen and you can go to console, lights, switches etc


any help would be appreciated

ok i found my problem the host is the profilux address through the router
its up and running but for me the orignal webserver is much better
the app is very basic
was hoping for a lot more its basically just plain text!!
