profilux 2 plus problem

hi all,

after all this wondering what all the hype is about with profilux's and a second hand one coming up cheap i decided to treat my self to find out.

any way, ive downloaded the software and plugged it in. when i try to connect the software ask's me for a pin .

ive tried the 0000, resetting the pin as per instructions and restoring the unit back to factory settings all with no joy.

any ideas??
