how to get measurement data?

I want to get measurement data (examples: temp. and pH). What are available options? It would be great if someone could point me to a document. The followings are the component info: Profilux 3.1N, ProfiLuxControl version 5.1.5.1 and firmware version 5.14. Thanks.

I found the document. I want to develop an application/program to interface with the ProfiLux Controller (e.g., downloading measurement data). Please advise where I can find a development kit and/or documentation. Thanks.
