Adding more hyper violet?

There is a cryptic feature bullet point in the Mitras product description that reads:

Optional 6 replaceable hyper violet (HV) - LEDs (425 nm)

That makes it sound possible to increase the number of hyper violet LEDs in my LX 6100 HVs by swapping out one diode per cluster of some other color with the HV. More information would be welcomed.

I am guessing that's in there because the HV is an option but that's just a guess. This should be an interesting thread to follow

there are two models

NON HV
and
HV

I guess it relates to the different options

i thought it was if you wanted to upgrade from the non-HV model to the HV model?

the HV-model has 6 HV-LED-clusters which can be replaced (e.g. if broken) by the same cluster
