I have friend with one Profilux II and Profilux light.

Is it possible to connect a Profilux II with Profilux light and controlling through PLC?

No. Both devices only have a RS232 socket which is point-to-point only

and controlling through PLC?

This ist possible if you have two RS232 sockets (or you plug it one to another)

Remark: It´s not possible to program them simultaneously - only one after another.
