Ausrufezeichen Problem with setting Skimmer off with level sensor 1

    Hi everybody,

I have a problem with setting protection for skimmer.

I would like to take off skimmer with level senor 1. When water in sump is too high the skimmer should be off.

    I've set:
Level control as "return pump" with reset errors automatically and Sensor 1
Socket function for S5 - Fill Water 1 with inverse and blackout delay 0

When the water is too high, system change socket 5 to off but after several seconds socket is turn on again :-(
    Alarm status is still on.

    Second question.
How to set in Maintenanse mode to ignore alarms from level sensors?

From What I can see, it all seems OK.
Maybe you have a max on time set, which would then be reverse for you?
Set max on time to 0 and maybe that will help?

As for the second question! That has been requested a few times and I was expecting it in the 5.15 release. Though this has not been done.
So currently there is no way to switch off alarms for level etc when carrying out maintenance.
    (Which seems pretty basic really)

I don't think that we are talking a problem or missing software features, these are just wrong settings

return pump is the wrong mode for this purpose, that's why you used it in inversed mode

use ATO (socket not inversed!) and set the max. on-time to a time which is long enough to fill up to the full level in any case

if you want an alarm permanently then switch off "auto reset alarm"

second question: maintenance and level alarm

level alarms are already deactivated during maintenance!

    Thanks mathias :-)

For me it's not a problem with set invert mode - I understand why is that :-)

Problem was with on time parametr. I've set 'on time' 2seconds. So, When water level in sump was to high the level sensor 1 switched off skimmer without alarm . After 2 sec of working system turn skimmer on and alarm on too.

I understand why you do that - for protection - in situation when failed level sensor can disable socket for long time.

Ah OK. I read through the documentation and there was no change for this!

So the alarms are all deactivated, i.e. if I do maintenance on tank 1 which has level 1 & 2, it will shut down alarms for all tanks with level control??
