    Default Hanging Mitras from rail

    Hi,

Can anyone tell me if the Mitras hanging kit comes with the necessary bits to make a secure loop around a stainless steel arm like this?

I want to avoid drilling if possible!

    Many thanks,

    P

I don't think so. It's a regular stainless steel cable. It's actually very long so you might be able to loop it around the top of it if that's what you are looking to do. The the actual hanging kit is basically the cable and the anchors used for false ceilings and the corresponding fasteners.

Thanks for the reply. I need to look at some cable holders then.

So, can anyone tell me what diameter the cables are?

    Many thanks,

Cables are very thin...20 to 22 gauge max.
    Hope that helps.

Thanks. So according to Wikipedia that's just over 0.6mm. I've found a website http://www.reutlinger.de/snr/snr-neu/dsh/push.html for cable 'loopers' but I'll have to find out if they have something for such thin wire...
