Temp probe disconnecting

Support moved from RC -

I've just plugged in my controller and probes a few days ago, and the temperature probe connection is not very secure. The slightest nudge causes the connection to be lost and sends the unit into alarm.

When I plug it in, it just doesn't feel like it is a good fit if that makes sense. It is not a strong connection. Any suggestions?

This was my post over at reef central. It seems to be holding now. It is not nearly as nice a fit as the level sensor connection is, however. I'll post back if I have problems with the losing the connection.

Is it possible to connect two temperature probes? I would love to add the redundancy.
