In general it´s described all in the manual ... but anyway:

I suggest you want to use it at S1S4 togehter with the digital powerbar.
    • So unplug the powerbar,
    • plug in the dosing station
    • and start PLC and jump into socket menu.
    • Now you have to assign the dosing station to free socket numbers (I also suggest you use 1-6 for the pwerbar),
    • so assign the doser to 7-10.
    • Now unplug the doser,
    • replug the powerbar and
    • plug the doser into the free second socket of the powebar
    • All you have to do now is to asign the four sockets of the doser to four free timer and
    • to program the timer itself

also I would like to know if you can get spare parts for it?
Sure. See GHL shop or ask your dealer

pump no4 seems to be on all the time so i've disconnected it for now....
I bet, socket #4 of your powerbar is also always on at the moment .... they react parallel due they habe same socket number 1-6 aka 1-4
Do as said above and the problem is gone.

Shouldn´t. Maybe the knob is hanging.

The switch beside the dosing pump is blocked / does not work properly - push it, to test if it works.
