Profilux Touch not visible in Profilux Control

Hello.

i received my Profilux 3 and the Touch at the same time and I have installed firmware V103. This is the first firmware update i have done with the
Touch.

But even before the firmware update the Touch was never visible in Profilux Control. Even after the firmware update the Touch is still not visible in
Profilux Control.
I am using Profilux firmware version 5.12 and Profilux Control 5.1.2.5
What can i do to make the Profilux Touch visible in Profilux Control?
