    Default DIY LED - no ligt on Driver 2

    Hi

    I have two MEAN WELL ELN-60-48D drivers and both are controling 13 Creed LED
    I have a GHL proflux II Plus computer to control them

    I have connected the drivers to a EVG-AP-2F-HIC ( PL-0556 ) unit


    This is how i connected them:

    Driver 1: to EVG 1 power supply ballast 1 and ballast 1

    Driver 2 : Power supply 2 and Ballast 2

    Main power supply: 220v directky from the powerplug in the wall.

    When i turn on the Driver-1 on i can hear a "clik" from the EVG-AP and there are lights and i can turn down the light
    When i turn on the Driver-2 on i can hear a "clik" agin but no light.

    But if i switch so 2 goes to 1 and 1 goes to 2 there is the same problem. no light in ballast 1

    I don't use ground wires only + and - wires.

    so the problem moves with the ballast? if yes:

    EVG-AP works
    ballast is defective

    The problem stays, so the problem have to be with the EVG-AP

    I understood your post in a way that the problem moves with the ballast

    if this was not the case then the EVG-AP may be defective

    ask your retailer for details how to handle this
