    Default Descriptions disappeared

    question from user:
    when i put anything in profilux description, after a few days is gone and i have to do it again, can you offer any help on this for me please
    Are you talking about the desriptions in ProfiLuxControl or in ProfiLux?

    All descriptions or only special ones?

    In descriptions in PLC, also in processes, timers, if I put a description in the description bar, it vanishes

    the descriptions are stored under

    C:\Users\your Username\AppData\Roaming\ProfiLuxControl\Serialnum ber of the ProfiLux

    is it possible that you use several user accounts on your PC?

    do you have admin privileges?
