Are you talking about the desriptions in ProfiLuxControl or in ProfiLux?when i put anything in profilux description, after a few days is gone and i have to do it again, can you offer any help on this for me please

In descriptions in PLC, also in processes, timers, if I put a description in the description bar, it vanishes

C:\Users\your Username\AppData\Roaming\ProfiLuxControl\Serialnum ber of the ProfiLux
is it possible that you use several user accounts on your PC?
do you have admin privileges?
