Temperature fluctuating

hello

I updated the firmware on my P3 from 5.05 to 5.11 everything went well I think
But sins the upgrade, the temperature sensor is fluctuating from 10.9 up to 27 degrees Celsius.
has anyone an idea? the probe is maybe a year old.

and can anyone tell me what sensor index=2 means? this stands after temperature 1 in probe/sensor controls

update

a friend of mine even has a profilux, and i borrowed hies probe. and that works without any flaws
so my probe is broken
