Just a thought What about a GPS receiver to provide a accurate time input via the DCF input? Thanks

Why?............NTP works great on the P3 and it is free. GPS time perhaps handy for the P2

i also have wonders about this proposal GPS on a device that is most of the time in a closed space in the middle of a building or even in basement (like mine ) how would the gps signal get there ? my normal gps doesn't even work in my living room
