sms unit cant connect to gsm

Hello,
since few days my sms unit cant link to GSM network.
I've a communication error 50 with profilux control when i want to configure the sms unit.
No error when the sim card is not insert in the sms unit.
All was working before and i've not made any modification recently (same sim card...)
Could you help me? Hardware problem?

Maybe Batterie has reached end of Life Time check this. Open the Modul. If the Batterie is blown up like an Air pack so it is damage. Ok is Ehen it is hard and thin. When the Akku is damage the Modul can Not log in into GSM AnD can't send SMS. I had the Same Problem.

Thanks for your answer. The battery effectively seems to be dead. I'll buy a new one and test it.

U can post a Picture to Forum so i can Watch if is damage Open the Box AnD make a Picture from Batterie its a Batterie Pack think own creation from GHL so u Must contact GHL. What say Profilux Controll in the SMS Modul Switch Login Ready?
The Batterie by me was flicker from full to half between feew seconds.
