    Default Light Monitor

Just looking at the Seneye monitoring device and one thing i like on the reef version is the light meter

It measures LUX, Kelvin and PAR

GHL should have a monitoring device like this, something that just floats on the top of the water or a kind of arm that could be mounted on the side and swing over the tank.

I would love to be able to measure kelvin and PAR, would be good to know when to change out T5 or MH bulbs

on second though the float in a crappy idea, i would prefer a ARM type device, that why you can position it wherever you want without it floating into a corner and getting stuck (or going over the overflow)

Richard I was just reading a short review of that exact unit and agree it would be nice to have. I'm concerned at just how "accurate" it would be considering the price of the whole senEye unit is under $200. I have a feeling it's not overly accurate for that price range but it's way up there on the COOL factor.
