moon light to much white light

I have just recently got a simu stick L but the moonlight seems white in comparison to my simu spot DB I have tried to program the stick to deep blue via the PLC 6 software but it does not seem to make no difference how do i change the light to dark blue?

simu spot L1&2 L1 is blue L2 is red
simu stick L5&6 L5 is red L6 is blue

I have tried that and it dont change! It is not working

maybe you don't recognize the change since it is only a slight change - so try several light colors to seethe difference

or it is really not working, this my happen if you don't use L1 to L4 for the reprogramming or other devices are connected there at the same time

besides these possible issues during setting the light color:
even adjusted the new Simu will never match exactly the light color of the several years old version "DB"

the problem seems to be that the white leds are on as well as the blues I have checked it against another simu stick and I can change the colours on that one, but on mine it seems like it is stuck on blue-white moonlight, I can swap the channels over ok

To be honest we are running out of ideas. Have you already checked all points Matthias suggested?

Are you able to swap the channels for the moonlight for which you can't change the blue color?
It can also be that the lamp is simply defective...

I think I may have programed the moon stick on L5/6 could this be causing my problems?

At L5L6 you can't program the stick (change color, swap channels). Connect your Stick to L1L2 or L3L4 and try it once again.
