    regarding this subject, please have a look here:

    In the screenshots I can see that you have already enabled the activity of the
    respective probes. Have you saved these settings? After that, the alarm has to disappear (normally...).

    But I still do not have the option ... "calibrate..." in menu Ph and Redox ?

    However, the probes are good but not balanced?

    Another question is:
    can I put the plates of Redox and pH in any of the slots in Profilux?

    Please be aware that the calibration for probes is only possible in the menu at the ProfiLux device itself.

    What do you mean? Are the probes not calibrated yet or are they not controlled?

    Only if you have a ProfiLux Plus II ex, you can`t use measurement cards in Slot 0.
