Return pump and leakage sensor with 2 different delay

Hello,

The targeted installation :
- 1 return pump
- 1 float sensor in the display tank (for leakage detection)

The need :
If the float sensor go active -> cut off the return pump without delay.
If the float sensor return inactive -> Reset alarm, send e-mail and power on the return pump after 1 min delay

The actual programmation :
- level 4 -> Leakage detection (0 in maximal on-time) (0 to reaction time) (check box for Reset error automatique)
- S2 -> Water4
- E-mail (profilux) -> on alarm (ok)

I assume there is a way to do this with a programmable logic, but I try without success, so please have you some idea or the solution may be
I'll be glade.

The programmable logic I try but far from the result was :
Timer 1 -> Cyclic (every day) -> switch on after : 60 to 60 / switch off after : 65535 to 65535
Programmable logic 1 -> Timer1 and water4
S2 -> Programmable logic 1
