Any announcement/news will likely come from Ecotech before GHL from what i am aware of based on the Vortech pump third party control announcement.

    Evening all,

I understand that this appears to be a fairly old thread but I was at an earlier stage trying to determine between Ecotech radion or Ghl Mitras. Eventually I would like to pursue the profilux as a controller and inquired with ecotech whether profilux control was viable in the future and the reply was fairly dismissive but non-committal to the idea. It appeared that ecotech did not have any idea that profilux control of the Radion (no model specified) was likely.

I thought that I had read elsewhere that it was almost a certainty at one point and never materialized; but maybe I was imagining it.

Side Note: I could always post up the email (so others have direct access to the information that I received). However I am not sure if

    a) it is appropriate in terms of forum protocol (confidentiality kind of)?
    b) Is there still interest in this subject in the wider forum community?

Perhaps a moderator/experienced forum user could jump in here and give me some advice?

4 years later and still nothing huh???
Ecotech dropped the ball on this one.
If they had this, maybe I would have kept my radions and not go over to mitras.
They let Profilux control their pumps, idk why they wont let profilux control their lights, I would think that GHL wouldn't want to, cuss the competition with their lights as well, but it's surprising that Ghl is cool with it, and ecotech don't want to bother, why not? It's just more customers for them, even ghl based customers with profilux may go radions instead of Mitras, wider market for ecotech radions.
Just don't know why ecotech refuses to let profilux control their lights.

I just wished ecotech would be more serious about this and at least put a little effort Into this request from customers. Oh well, I've already went full mitras and profilux.
