Cond probe does not work after calibration reading, 0 mS only

reading of prove are
val 1 0 ms adc1 43,
val 2 49,5ms adc2 34,

i've set the nominal value at 49,5 ms (Density 1.021,4)

Q: why does the probe not view the correct values, now it is 0 Ms. Who can help to solve the issue

Thee are three possiblilities (or a combination of it):

calibration is done wrong
a cable is broken
BNC connector is not connected well
