P3 and Dosing Pumps Re-visited - New Help please

Back ground...

PII to the PIII ex upgrade a few years back...
Worked fine with the dosing pumps.

Upgraded to 5.05 a few months back... Learned about the Timers way to program the dosers. Easy... No functionality! Been working on the problem for sometime and now need help.

Re-programmed the powerbar (1 - 6), detached and programmed the doser to (7 - 9). Comm light show connected. Nothing during auto-dosing or manual dosing.

Tried the feed pause function within that screen to check. Feed pause activated during a manual dose cycle. Still no dosing function.

Tried the manual over ride function to test pumps differently - pumps go on...

Ideas??? Another test???

Anyone have a few screen shots of their timers screen, the socket function screen, or the 10v function screen???
