    Default dimming elos elite xp

    Hello,
I have an elos elite XP led light on my aquarium which according to elos is
dimmable (they don't provide any info how since their still not selling a
    dimmer).
It has 6 blue and 12 white ledlights and the drivers are closed in the lamp
itself which can not be opened. They claim the whites and blues can be
    controlled separably.
If i open the socket that connects the light with the PS (a 24v transformer,
2,5A) i see 2 wires coming in 4 going out. 2 are not connected at this time.
Since in between this socket elos will place a (rather expensive) double
dimmer i reckon these two wires will do the dimming via pwm (how to test?).

I am now interested in the profilux 2 combined with LEDControl4Passive. Will
this do the job for me? Is it as simple as connecting the driver 1 and
driver 2 output to the 2 not used wires and connecting the driver - to the
negative of the PS feeding the driver?

You have an alternative for this setup? I am only looking for light
    simulation for this lamp.

The informations are much to general to give an answer.

    First question to answer:
do the lamp have (low power) control lines to control the lamp?
Then the LEDControl4Passive could work, but there are other questions to answer before...
