The only idea we have is to do a firmware update and to get back to the factory settings. Don't reload stored settings. This could help.

Hi Carolin I did do an update when I bought it last week I installed the eX kit and did an update.
Where can I complain? in the shop where I bougt the Profilux 3?

i did the upgrade again with no possitieve results , I also still have the problem of the dcf that was working on my profilux 2 and isn't working on p3. the seller garantied me that the eX kit and dcf module and my both PLM-2L4S cards would work on the p3 but until now only the two PLM-2L4S
cards are working propperly.
Yes, then the best would be to contact your retailer regarding the ProfiLux 3.
