PLII settings firmware 5.06 useable after upgrade to PL3

Hi i'm going to upgrade my PLII ex to PL3 tonight. I would like to know if my current PLII saved settings under firmware 5.06, can be reinstalled after the upgrade to PL3? PL3 will use the same firmware.

Unfortunately you can't use the same settings since ProfiLux II and ProfiLux 3 are different devices and vary in their technics...

Carolin, thanks but i found out it couldn´t ;-)

I expected this so I wrote down all my PL2 settings in a text file. After upgrading to PL3 I re-installed all settings manually in the PL3 prior to connecting to all accessories (dosing, powerbar, probes).
When saved I connected the box to the accessories and rebooted the PL3. All programs started and work fine! Only new calibration of all probes was needed.
So the overall upgrade took less than 30 Minutes.
