    Default Tunze min set 1V?

I know that Tunze is controlling their own pumps with minimum 3V.

And in their pumps manual it is written “The connection to devices, such as electronic switches or speed controllers, of other makes is not permissible!”

So, it is obvious that I can not ask them.

Can I run Tunze nanostream or stream with minimum set in 1V?

I test it in one of my pumps for 10 min (1V-8V) and I really like the linear they give.

I will also stop listening the clicking sound at nights, if set to work at 1V.

So, can I run with min 1V?

If above 8V, I understand you make them turn in high speeds, but can low speeds impact their reliability?

P.S. I read in this forum that wont heart them but just want to double check as they are expensive.

    Worlds most gadget Aquarium.. almost.

You have to set all Tunze 3V - 8V
    And speed min 30% - max 80%

I follow you on the voltages but why would you make the bold statement on the % ?
what would be the point of that ? you would loose alot of your variable speed range

you can limit the output control signal in 2 ways:
    a) limit the voltage (3V ... 8V)
    or
    b) limit the perecentage

if you do both you will limit the range more than necessary
