Default Calibrating PH Probe - Incorrect Readings

Well after a failed upgrade and restoring my unit back to factory defaults I am having problems calibrating my PH Probe. I currently have a P3 with 2 PH Probes, Redox and Temperature. Temperature is fine, Redox is fine, but PH 1 and PH 2 are reporting incorrect readings. PH 1 is reporting 10.5 PH when it should be 8.3 and PH 2 is reporting 10.09 when it should be 7. Upon trying to calibrate PH1 the calibration appears successful but then it tries to read the current values it comes up as 10.5. The probes are only about 6 months old.

    I am running firmware 5.05

    PH Probe One
    Probe PH Value is 10.5
    Nominal Value 8.4
    Value 1 - 7 ADC1 880
    Value 2 - 9 ADC2 886

    PH Probe Two
    PH Probe Value is 10.09
    Nominal Value 7
    Value 1 - 4 ADC1 466
    Value 2 - 7 ADC2 243

    Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

There are two possible reasons for the incorrect readings: Either the calibration was not successful or the probes are not ok anymore. This seems to be the case for the frist probe, since its ADC values look very bad. According to those, it seems to be older or defective.
