failed to update WWD 3.0.2

Hi

Tried to update my ecotech mp40wes to WWD 3.0.2 always come out with error, the error steps was when holding mode and set button while powering the ecotech.
and when pushing the set button, the led color wont blink to blue. any help?

also only have these menu no feed pause menu
