    Are you running PLC in a emulator? what operating system and version are you using?

    Could be a compatibily problem with any background software - did you check whats running in your windows at the same time?

    nah its native that I'm running it.

    programs in the background ???, your kidding right, heaps of software in the background
    its an old vista never reinstalled, and old lappie for on the coach in the evenings , and etc....
    so yes its old but its runs alll my other software
