Cooler and power bar

I need some advice I have a Deltec eco cooler (chillier) plugged into the digital power bar; so my question is how do I have the cooler click in after a certain temperature?

-Set S1-S4 to digital
-Socket no. 5 is preset for Cooling 1
--> set the numbering of the powerbar accordingly
-Select socket function to Temperature 1
-Select Cooler

Thanks Carolin, for your prompt response. So all I have to do is just plug the chillier into socket S5 and the heater into S6 and that should work I only have the six socket digital power bar
