Tunze pumps - does not hold predefined data

Problem situation:

I've got 2 Tunze 6105 installed and worked fine. Now the software indicates that the values have been set back to ZERO again. The pump are running fine but the data in the software tells me something else (ALL on zero now).

I've set both pumps on sequence, min 60%, max 100%, state was never shown in the software, file was saved and loaded. Both pumps are set at v. min3, max8.

Profilux indicated 40% (probably factory setting) on the display???

Can someone explain this why the software is not holding the entered data. See screenshot

I may have solved the issue myself:

i was using software version 5.0.2.5. then i installed v. 5.01.1. and the pump status communication was actively visible in the pumps menu and the remote control version. I'm still puzzled why, but it works now.
