Nocturnal Decrease of Current Not Working?

I am having some problems actually getting this to work properly, I have a profilux 3 with 2 controllable 6105's, they work as I want them apart from when it comes to my nocturnal decrease settings, I have set them to 20% at night from 22:00 to 6:00 am, however when it comes to these times nothing changes? it just carries on as normal? am I missing something??
