Connection issues to P3Ex

Hello,
I cannot connect to the new P3. I downloaded and installed both USB drivers. I have also tried my own USB to serial converter (which works fine on the P2). I get no fewer than 75 pop up communications error 41 windows every time I scan the com ports, no matter what cable I have plugged in.

Using PLC 5.0.1.1
FW is 5.00q, May 6, 2010

I need to install this weekend. This is for a customer.

On the P2s, I only had to scan the Com port and it would find the device.

Normally I just scan the ports and it will find the device. Once I manually input the Com port # it saw the device right away and connected. I unchecked the 485 delay and it works great.
