Default problem with light program - not coming on

So I'm having issues with my programming for a couple of my lighting settings. Some days the lights won't come on during programmed "light on" setting. If I do a manual override I can make them come on. I've tried to reprogram them by deleting the settings & double checking the time on settings, but they still won't come on. I'm using the 4 plug-in power bar. I have them set on L5,6 & 7. Any suggestions ?

are we talking about illumination channels or did you use timers?

if illumination - is this variable illumination?

please give us some more details, I would prefer screenshots of the relevant settings

    Hi Matthias
Ok so I have L1-2 used for my Profilux light sticks(sunrise & moon lights) and my L3-4 used for my Tunzes (2 of them but their main power supply is to a wall power bar for now). I'm using S5-S8 to my 4 socket power bar. But I still need to hook up my digital 6 socket power bar - to S1-S4 ? The light is a non-dimmable Sfiligoi unit. So if you can guide me for any corrections or changes it would be greatly appreciated. I have an upgrade kit coming to turn my unit into a plus 3 EX.

So here is the first problem light setting:

    Problem lights #2

My socket function list: of coarse you can see they are on today-won't last though

Not sure if you needed these or not: Note-I've also since pic taken changed L5 through 8 to always off

Well like I said while I was putting together my last post the lights just shut off during their on time and Illumination setting 1 is also not working at all today I did try something just now that I've never tried yet, I unplugged the Profilux to reboot it and all the lights now work ( for now )

So after reboot lights shut off again on their own during the on time. Tried reboot a couple of more times, problem still occurs.

so you use a 4way powerbar on S5-S8 and there the plugs for the T5s are plugged in?
If yes - the settings seem to be correct.
Do the T5 ballast all have separate wires? Or do they share a line?

I can see that you assigned illumination 1, 2, and 5 to the powerbar, but there are only screenshots of illu. 5 + 2

Yes the light(Sfiligoi T5 Stealth) has 3 seperate plug-ins and I have them going to the 4-way power bar using S5-8. I didn't really notice a problem with light schedule # 1 till I sat there that day doing my post. So I have a problems with all my lighting settings.

I have no idea what the problem might be

    to reduce the whole thing:
    - you use "light scenes" in ProfiLuxControl or "manual operation" on the ProfiLux device itself and all illumination channels react as expected?
