IMO too many scroll bars.
9 on that screen shot.

Or you want to be compatible with low res screens (mobile phones ,etc...)
If this is the case make a page /mobi or something.

Or your resolution is way to low
Or you need to make more tabs

ps: I can coupe with vertical ones , but the horizontals need to go.

I have to agree with Blahenazo, there are far to many scroll bars, i like the fact that everything is on 1 page, that looks good but the scroll bars have to go, just make the page longer.

I would also like to see somewhere for a webcam, perhaps IP based.

Agreed, horizontal scroll bars kind of ruin the UI in my opinion.
