Flashing light on dosing pump

I have a four pump dosing unit connected to a Profilux III - one of the red lights next to one of the pumps is constantly flashing, can anyone advise me what this means please?

what function did you set for this channel (under "socket functions")

It was set to dosing pump - I have since change the cable between the dosing pump and the profilux and it is working fine thank you
