Simple turn pump on and off question

I have placed a pump in my weir to stir up detritus.

Can someone tell me how to set it to automatically turn on for 10 miniutes 4 times a day.

if its just a pump without controller (on/off ) => just a powercord

just create a timer with the start /ends and add the days add the timer to the socket and connect the pump in this socket
