tunze help

i have 2 tunze 1 cables on ports 3 &4 with spliter and wanted to add another 1 on port 5 but if i plug it in it just stops i programmed the same as the first 2 and its a no go until i unplug the cord and the pump runs


i programmed on port 5 &6 and nothing

do i need a tunze 2 cable
