Co2 not switching off

I have a P3 that has running flawlessly until now. I have 2 ph probes, 1 is for tank readings and the other is for Cal Reactor control. i have my nominal value setup as 6.3 for the Cal reactor but the Profilux is not shutting down the socket when the nominal value is reached. any ideas as to why? i have not changed any settings in the software.

I do with the last upgrade all the probe operation mode where lost....

make sure that your PH probe Operation mode controler is set to : "Twoposition "Controller

Thank you BoBoxx, it was the 2-position controller setting. i wonder what else we need to look out for
