Redox card

I just added a redox card to my P3, now i was told that the probe doesn't need calibration because it is usually factory calibrated but i am getting a reading -89 on the P3 so i am assuming that it does need to be calibrated?

Every probe has to be calibrated except the temp probe before use it.

i figured that but the distributor said it doesn't have to......so i guess i have to get calibration fluid
