Default Help with default heater sensor settings

I get no reading in heater sensor.
It was showing ok 26 celsis and then went to 37 celsius.
I reset it now it show 40
    and ADC is 20 - 0
    30 - 0
Is there a way to get the default factory specs back?

It is the heater that came with the profilux3.

run "calibration" from the ProfiLux device itself for this probe - this restores factory settings (see manual)

I have tried to calibrate from the profilux itself.
but I still get the same values in ADC no change.
the problem is I did not write down before changing them.

Is this what the calibration should do? restore the adc values?

try it with entering the standard values manually: ADC1 677 and ADC2 319
if the shown temp. is not 100% then adjust the temp. carefully in small steps until it seems correct
