    Default Lf-abox

So finally I got my profilux II Light. I have a dimmable T8 (Akvastabil) and I wish to dim it. Do I plug AC power from the dimmable ballast to the LF-ABOX and then plug LF-ABOX into S1 and then connect LF-ABOX with
L1L2? Or do I have to plug LF-ABOX into a wall outlet that is permanently switched on and then connect the LF-ABOX with L1L2?

Does it matter if I use EVG-AP-2 or LF-ABOX wheter I want to dim/control T5(other manufacturer than GHL), 12V Halide lamp or any other dimmable lamps?

The main reason I ask is because I have had the feeling from the product information that LF-ABOX is for halide lamps, LED etc, while EVG-AP is ONLY for T5/T8!

Little bit confused Maybe because I don't really understand what is ment with "third-party lights"

Correct is: to plug the LF-ABOX into a wall outlet that is permanently switched on and then connect the LF-ABOX with L1L2.

In any case to dim a lamp you need a dimmable ballast.

EVG-AP-2 and LF-ABOX have exactly the same function, the only differences are:
    -EVG-AP-2 has 2 channels, LF-ABOX only 1
-EVG-AP-2 has to be built into a light bar first, LF-ABOX is a box ready for use
