updated firmware problem

i just updated the firmware to 5.00M. i also installed new software 5.11. now the program running super slow, stop responging everytime i click on almost everything.

i know how to update firmware, it's not an update firmware problem. it's after i updated. the software become very slow and not responing.

Same problem - Pro II also. Cannot connect with 5.011 at all. Using 5.09 and 5.00m - very slow when it finally does go through. Sometimes I just get a non response also. New GHL USB card/connection. The RS232 port/connection worked fine. AI lights prevent using the RS232.
