Default Can you please give an example of Variable Illumination in ver 4.05?

I am still not clear how to set variable illumination, I read the manual.

Currently, all my variable illumination channels are set to 1, but I have Illumination 1 and Illumination 2 being used. I am confused how it is working with everything set to 1.

So how do I set Saturday and Sunday on a differeent lighting schedule? Can someone show this with screen shots??? My lights turn on off multiple times through out the day.

    Thank You

define your settings for Mo-Fr in illumination channel 1
define your settings for Sa-Su in illumination channel 2

set the variable illumination channels to 1,1,1,1,1,2,2

Choose the corresponding interface and set its function to "Variable illumination" (see manual "3.16.6 1-10V interface")

    Hi Carolin,

I have everything set up and it looks like everything works like it should but here's the trouble. I have made all the settings and like i said it works fine untill 0:00 hour. At that moment all the lights (LED Light stick and both TL's) are lit at 100% although the display says 0% illumination on channel 1 to 8. So i think there is a bug in the firmware.

Can you test this for me please?

    Regards,

    Mark

It seems the + and - are mixed up .

if you dim till 1% the problem is fixed.. or change the wires

    Hi Martin,

Please read securely before you reply. There is absolutly nothing wrong when i don't use variable illumination. Furhter more the problem occurs at 0:00 hour before 0:00 hour all channels are dimmed till 0% (including the Led stick) so at 23:59 all lights are switched off. At 0:00 hour exactly all channels are still at 0% but all lights including the led stick are fully lit.

Can you please explain to me how at exactly 0:00 hour my wires are wrong?

I had this on my ballasts

I use L1 2 and L3 .. L1 and L2 did fine, but L3 was doing strange things as soon as it went 0% it came on Full

after trying a resistor ( withs no worked ) is tryed to switch the wire.
and that was the bugger for me

    Hi Martin,

I think it also, thanks for your contribution though! I hope there will be an answer from GHL about this problem.
