Connexion to ION Director and Doser 2.2 impossible

Hello everyone,

I'm a new user of GHL products and I need help.
I purchased a Doser 2.2 ext with the ION Director and I can't connect to it.
I successfully connected both devices via the PAB cable, and the green lights are flashing slowly.
I tried to connect via the Android app, but the Wi-Fi hotspot network doesn't appear on my phone.
I tried to connect via my PC with GCC, but I don't know how to configure the DOSER 2.2's IP address in the interface. I should point out that when I connect the DOSER 2.2 (or the ION Director) via the RJ45 cable to my PC, I don't get any communication lights on my PC's tower.
I rebooted both devices by disconnecting the 24V power, but without success.
