Timer options

I want to run a timer for only a few seconds. Is there a way to do this? Currently my GHL the shortest time option is 1 minute.

The timer or sensor on my dream box fleece roller is intermittent (it either doesn't advance at all or too much). I was hoping to use my GHL to advance the roller for a few seconds every two hours)
