Issue Updating Firmware on Profilux 4

When updating it skips step 2 in the process, loses connection with the profilux, profilux screen goes blank.

Moves to step 3 and then comes up with a message "Error: Update can't be started"

This is similar to an issue I had with my new laptop. There appears to be an issue with the AMD chipsets drivers. If you are using a laptop, attach a usb hub amd then connect the profilux to the hub via usb and run the installer. Then use the backup for the sensors and profilux itself to restore settings if you've made one.
