    Default myGHL connectivity issues

    After the move to the new servers, the myGHL connectivity for me was vastly improved: connection to my P4 was rapid and the connection remained steady as one navigated in it.

    However, for about two months now this has changed and I can't see anything wrong on my end. I haven't changed anything except install the GHL autofeeder which required a firmware update of the P4.

    Connecting to the P4 now takes at least two attempts. The Please Wait Connecting to your device box opens and just sits there. At this point I need to hit cancel and click on my device again. Sometimes this works but other times I need to do this three times. Once connected, I frequently just get the the Please wait box and then nothing happens until it says cannot connect and retry or disconnect.

    The above happens when connecting either with my Windows PC or my iPhone...

    Has something changed on the server side? Anybody else having this issue?

    Bump for this post, am also seeing "Connecting to the P4 now takes at least two attempts".

    As standard I am now attempting login and cancelling immediately and initiateing a new login which goes through. Otherwise leaving the first login just fails.

    It seems to be getting worse. I restarted the Profilux to see if that would help connectivity.

    Now even after several attempts to connect I still can't connect. And instead of getting the popup where you can Retry or Disconnect it just says Connection Failed, connection to the device could not be established.

    And then suddenly it connects... very random.

    I have no problem connecting to the Profilux using the GHL Control Center via WiFi at home so the Profilux WiFi is working fine.

    I guess I need to open a trouble ticket on the ticket system. I need to be able to access the Profilux when I am away from home!

    “Connecting to the P4 now takes at least two attempts” this problem is known and occurs with GHL Connect - in certain circumstances - , the developers are actively working to fix this problem.
    There is no general problem, the majority of users do not experience issues, it is better to open a support ticket for direct help: https://www.aquariumcomputer.com/sup...ets-enquiries/

    Thank you Gaël, great to know that the developers are working on it.

    Please can known issues be posted on these forums to allow users to appreciate such issues? It would save us all allot of time troubleshooting issues out of our control.
