What are the pros and cons of using a timer to start an ION Director measurement every 2-3 days?
Less reagent consumption ....
Less accuracy?
Greater sensor wear?
Which type of timer?

Hello,
https://www.aquariumcomputer.com/kno...oubleshooting/
"he longer the IOND is inactive, the greater the probability that air bubbles will collect and affect the measurement. For optimum measurement results, measure 1x per day, but not less than every 3 days. In case of prolonged inactivity, prime the measuring cell before taking a measurement."

Thanks Gaël
I assume the quote from the troubleshooting guide contains a typo and should read not MORE than every 3 days?
I will try every 2 days with the timer and see what happens.
Is there a reason that the Timer tab is visible in the GHL android app and in GCC but not through MyGHL on a browser?
Regards
Bob

Oh Wow .......
BTW I'm a long time ION Director and KH Director user via a Doser SA and just migrated to a Profilux 4 from an Apex and absolutely loving the sensor stability.
